Pricing depends on your event size, duration, and package level. Our packages start with the Essentials tier and scale up to premium options with signature cocktails, glassware upgrades, and drink enhancements. Fill out our quote form for a personalized estimate — it's free and there's no obligation.

We provide everything except the alcohol — that includes bartender(s), portable bar setup, all mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, napkins, setup, and cleanup. We'll create a custom alcohol shopping list based on your guest count and drink menu so you know exactly what to buy.

We recommend booking 4–6 weeks out for most events, and 2–3 months for peak season (October–May in Scottsdale) and weddings. That said, we accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible — just reach out!

We serve all of Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, Carefree, and the greater Phoenix metro area. Whether your event is at a resort, private residence, Airbnb, or outdoor venue — we'll be there.
