• Flexible service — 2–4 hour packages for a chill afternoon or extend into the evening for a full pool-to-patio party
• Works anywhere — Your home, Airbnb, VRBO, resort-style rental, or backyard with a pool. We just need about a 6×3 foot space

• Custom drink menu — Designed around your event and the alcohol you provide. We send a shopping list in advance

The right number of bartenders means shorter wait times and happier guests. Here's a quick guide:

• Up to 30 guests — 1 bartender. Perfect for intimate gatherings, dinner parties, and small birthday celebrations.
• 30–75 guests — 2 bartenders. Ideal for pool parties, holiday events, and most private parties.
• 75–125 guests — 3 bartenders. Great for large backyard events, milestone celebrations, and house parties.
• 125+ guests — Custom staffing plan. We'll build a team that keeps your bar running smoothly all night.

Throwing a great party in Scottsdale means working with the climate, not against it. A few things we've learned from hundreds of local events:

• Summer events (May–September) — Shade is non-negotiable. Misting fans, frozen cocktail stations, and plenty of cold options keep guests comfortable. Schedule outdoor events for early evening when temps start dropping.
• Peak season (October–April) — This is Scottsdale's prime outdoor entertaining window. Weekends book up fast, especially around holidays. Reserve your bartender as early as possible.
• Alcohol quantity guide — Plan for about 2 drinks per guest in the first hour, then 1 drink per hour after that. We send a customized shopping list based on your guest count and menu.
• Space & setup — We need about a 6×3 foot area for the bar. Covered patios, pool decks, and garages all work great. We'll bring lighting if it's an evening event.
